Abstract: The “Safe Nurse Staffing Level” advocacy program will advocate for nurses to have a limit number of patients to care for that will be safe and beneficial for the patients.  Support from the American Nurses Association will make this program possible. It is inclusive program practicing shared governance, equal opportunities, and roles available for nurses, and patients, members of legislation, policymakers, and community members that are ready to fight for change.
