As people have mentioned, either the mean or median would be an appropriate measure of central tendency,

depending on whether there are outliers in the data.  If there are outliers, the median usually works better.

Also, making a graph, such as a histogram, would give a visual representation of the data.

To be complete, you should characterize the variation in the data.  What measures could you use?
