assignment: similar to a previous assignment, your university has initiated a training program for relatively new college administrators. you have been asked to prepare an overview pertaining to an area in personnal management for this group. the goal of the presentation is to educate, inform and offer practical and useful information pertaining to the topic area. understanding that members of your audience will be supervising employees while overseeing, managing and leading departments, please include in the overview relevant and common legal issues, risks and pitfalls pertaining to the topic area, as well as practical ways of avoiding such problem.
