Case Study Class: Science Lesson Plan You will need to prepare a science lesson plan for the case study class. The class is a junior high-level class, and is studying any TEKS you choose from the junior high science range. The case study class includes the following students:
• One student who uses PSE/contact sign language and reads on a second grade level.
• One student who is oral/aural and reads on a second grade level.
• One student who uses ASL and reads on a third grade level.
• One student who has a learning disability, uses sign language, and reads on a first grade level.
• One student who uses Signed English and reads on a fourth grade level, and who is mainstreamed for all courses except yours, and ELA/Reading. HINT: Do not confuse “reading level” with mental/cognitive ability!
