Therefore, go through each step to help complete your own which can be done by using Microsoft Word. Last Will and Testament (Links to an external site.) Fill in your information as requested and continue through each step. Use this to help complete your own word document. Print your personal document and have 2 or 3 witnesses to sign it. Please remember a witness is someone who does not receive anything (ex. a beneficiary), must be a legal adult and of sound mind (know and understand what they are signing). Provide someone (or more than one person) with a copy of this document. Also, store a copy in a safe place (ex. fire proof safe or with an attorney).AGAIN – This does not get turned into me – Keep it for your own personal records. (3) After completing this second aspect of the assignment, write about how you felt completing it as well as the living will above, how it relates to the textbook content, and why it was important to this class. Generally 5 to 6 fully developed paragraphs (500 words minimum) is sufficient. This is the only item you will submit to me for grading (your thoughts and feelings about completing the Living Will as well as the Last Will and Testament and how this assignment relates to the material in the text and the course).
