Unit-6-Discussion-hereditary-mood-disorders

You are working with a family that has a history of mood disorders. Mood disorders can be hereditary. The mother has bipolar disorder, the father is clinically depressed, and their 13-year-old was just diagnosed with an eating disorder and depression. The child is struggling in school and has been referred for support services. What aspects of heredity are at play in this situation? How does parental inheritance impact this case? What are the benefits and limitations of using heredity or DNA to make predictions about the proper advocacy interventions? As an advocate, how do you meet the needs of the entire family?

Discussion-Question-Feedback-is-of-utmost-importance-when-it-comes-to-the-employees

This is a discussion question in my class that needs to be answer in YOUR own words please.

Feedback is of utmost importance when it comes to the employees. I have seen too many times in which an employee is unaware of their poor performance until they receive their annual review. By that time it is usually too late. The employee should not have to be surprised by their lack of performance since it could have been lack of training. If there had been feedback then the annual results would have been better results.

Class, what is your perspective on this?
