comprehensive set of benefit statements
Question
The purpose of detailing the topics below, relative to the project company that you’ve selected, is to render
a comprehensive set of benefit statements that may be made during a presentation or a discussion with a prospective customer. It is not a “marketing report” with a detailed explanation of the topic; rather, it is intended to produce a benefit statement…which is what you will do at the end of each topic, for all drafts. The sum of the benefit statements over the 4 drafts will comprise a benefit summary statement that you will dynamically use during a company presentation.
If a topic is not applicable, simply state “N/A”. Here is an example of detail pertaining to the topic, followed by (in red or blue) a benefit statement:
- No. Of Employees – Trek bicycles employs more than 1,800 men & women in four US locations, along with numerous distribution centers worldwide.
In today’s US economy, Trek contributes to employment…quality products Made in the USA still matters, doesn’t it?
- Principle locations – Located centrally in the Midwest, Aims Power Systems supports its electrical contractor partners, end users, & electrical utility customers through comprehensive field & inside engineering services.
No offshore, multiple language call centers to try to figure out, Aims supports all of your needs with domestic, English speaking engineers that know & understand the problems that you face. We speak your language…English, & solar technology! That’s important to you, isn’t it?
These are examples to follow as you work through the 4 drafts of the sales plan. The facts are important; the applied implication to the customer is what professional selling is all about.
