Describe how to insert changes in the operational security of the organization. How do you manage those who do not
want to accept the changes?
change is often intended to “improve” something or the ability to do something; but change also “destroys” or “disrupts” something else. So, making a change is generally a “tradeoff” that intends to do more good than harm.
However, from another perspective, it is probably the case that “if a ‘company’ is not changing; then it is not growing” (paraphrase of Bill Clinton – who was of course talking about political parties rather than companies). Others have observed, that “if you are not changing; then you are dying.” (I disagree, dying is a change after all).
So, regardless of the “good” and “harm” that change accomplishes, many believe that it is important to have and implement a plan for change for any modern company.
