Female infanticide and Infoeticide in Asian societies are directly correlated to the perceived value that women have. This is a viscous cycle that that keeps the perception/value of women low in societies. In Asia it is glaring problem, but in US it is somewhat masked but it is shows as gender gap. The way to get over this gap and female infanticide is to teach younger skills, trades and entrepreneurship. So that they have to go to men who’s value systems are hard to break. But they can create a new mold by creating businesses and creating jobs. Attached is my thesis and write-up for a business competition. Where I proposed teaching girls entrepreneurship at an early stage gets them a way to get out of the Circle of Women Degradation.
