GLOBAL WARMING The term global warming was first used in its modern sense in a science paper dated 8th August 1975 in the journal science called “Are we on the brink of a pronounced global warming?” The words used by Broker were new and they represented a convincing recognition that there was an amount of warming in the climate. Scientists previously used the phrase “inadvertent climate modification” because even though it was realized that humans could bring about a change in the environment, no-one was particularly sure as to which direction it was going.Global Warming Assignment paper   The word Global Warming was first used by National Academy of Sciences in 1979 in a paper called The Charney Report, which wrote:…show more content…
Nitrous oxide being 300 times more powerful than carbon dioxide. Gases such as chlorofluorocarbons have been banned in many parts of the world because of their ability to degrade the ozone layer. Such gases trap the heat thousand times more than CO2 does. But because they have low concentration than CO2, none of them add that much warmth to the atmosphere as much as CO2 does. To understand the impacts of all gases together, scientists usually talk about all greenhouse gases in terms of the commensurate amount of CO2. Yearly emissions of ‘carbon dioxide equivalent’ have gone up by 6 billion metric tons worldwide since 1990, more than 20% increase. Irritated eyes, nose, and lungs are some of its symptoms, and is mainly dangerous for people who suffer from respiratory diseases like asthma. Unhealthy air pollution will keep getting worse as the climate changes. Across the globe, climate change is the reason for making hot summer days hotter and stretching their numbers to never ending heat waves. As the temperature rises, so are the number of illness, emergencies and deaths. In a way, the heat is causing more than just discomfort. Record highs in the summer of 2010 were seen in more than 37 states of the U.S., and in much of the

Global warming is a general term used by scientists to represent the continued rise of the global average temperature. Articles on global warming are easy to find in the environmental problems section. Scientists are telling us about the serious situation of global warming that is one of the world’s greatest natural challenges in the 21st century and can be regarded as a major threat to humankind. This dramatic climate change is more concern for scientists and environmentalists than ever and they are studying how to cope with possible outcomes.Global Warming Assignment paper

Scientists who oppose the mainstream global scientific assessment of global warming have different views on the cause of global warming. Some people say that it is not yet decided whether people are the main cause of global warming; others are caused by natural fluctuations of global warming; ocean current; increased solar activity or cosmic rays. The view of consensus is that there is a possibility that the solar radiation amount has increased by 0.12 W / m 2 since 1750, while the net artificial enforcement is 6 W / m 2. According to the Tibet Autonomous Region, it is estimated that the compound change of the radiative forcing of two major natural factors (solar change and volcano aerosol) has been negative for the past two years or the past forty years ” A forced effect not directly claimed, the previous statement is consistent with the number of AR 4 Global Warming Assignment paper

This article on global warming needs to study the cause of the problem. Global warming is caused by the rapid heating of the Earth’s atmosphere by energy trapping. Greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane will accumulate the atmosphere and solar radiation will be trapped underground like in the greenhouse. Over time this capture of radiation will raise the temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere, resulting in the Earth becoming warm. The cause of global warming is both natural and artificial, but human influence is the most devastating. Global Warming Assignment paper
