Grading Rubric InstructionsI
Question
Grading Rubric InstructionsI need a grading rubric done for my research paper in education
the topic is thisLaptops for all students’ technology. This is the proposal I sent it for my research project.
Purpose of the proposal
Primaryschool project of issuing the pupils with laptops to improve on technology hasbeen delayed for reasons like the government feels like it will be taxed moreon the education budget when this project come to pass. In addition, there are noqualified primary school teachers who will be able to assist the pupils to usethe laptops. This proposal is intended to push the laptop projects for theprimary school pupils who will be presented as a word document format.
Rationale for the project
Laptopproject for the primary school pupils have been chosen because with the fasterdeveloping world technologically, everyone needs to catch up with it and layinga good foundation in the primary school level will be of great essence in daysto come (Muriira, 2013).
Project application
Ipropose that the laptop project be implemented since it will assist allocatemore funds in the countries budget for the provision of the laptops. This willin turn make the government to prioritize on education and make sure allchildren are in school learning (Nation, April 14th, 2013).
Thisproposal will also increase teacher’s employment since the government will needmore teachers who will specialize on the computer programs so that they caneasily teach pupils on the same. Teacher will more so benefit from the projectsince they will have an opportunity to improve on their computer skills as theirinteraction with the pupils with laptops in class.
Description of the project outcome
Pupilswill gain computer skills and it will make it easier for them to do theirassignments through research. The technology used in studies will expand theirminds and improve their reasoning together with faster problem solving. There willbe more teachers in public schools since more will be added to teach pupils on computerskills (Pratt, 2013).

Develop a grading rubric tailoredspecifically to your Course Project that will evaluate your project. This taskshould be completed AFTER you review the comments posted in Bb for your PorjectProposal assignment. The rubric that youdevelop must:
1. Be designed specifically for your project. Your rubric should not be general and should NOT use thesame categories as the sample.
- Evaluate your Project in several distinct areas. You must include 5 or more categories in your rubric to evaluate your specific project.
- Clearly demonstrate the grading criteria. Be clear in your descriptions for each column. For example, do not include “Project has grammatical errors”. Instead, be specific and include “Project has more than three grammatical errors”.
- Total 100 points. The total points for a perfect score should be 100 points. Each column should have a differing point value. For example, Advanced = 20 points, Proficient = 10 points, Developing = 5 points.
There aremany different programs available to assist you in creating a rubric. For example, Rubistar, iRubric, etc.
