Scheduling is so important and helps each project team member be in unison. When there is no schedule, there is chaos. (I have witnessed). Now I am in a leading position and I set reminders to remind each member of the next day/ week schedules daily and weekly just to keep the members aware. I believe when the members know the schedule better, the project can be more successful. There Is a saying called the five P’s. “Proper planning prevents poor performance. “
