It is important to understand attracting and retaining employees, and managing total compensation as an HR practitioner. This paper will compare two employment candidates with different experience and different compensation requests. Students will decide which candidate is a better fit for the organization’s compensation strategy and its ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
