Companies o±er discounts totheir employees depending on the hotel that you are trying to book. In my opinionmarketing through third parties or travel agents is a great way to market the rates becauseFrom my experience this is where people book the most. At my job 90% oF the reservations arebooked through sites such as Expedia, Booking and Priceline. These sites give the opportunityto compare rates which is what people want to know, they want to ensure they are getting thebest rate possible. Today’s ability to market room rates has advanced largely compared to 20years ago thanks to technology. Hotels can share their room rates worldwide and people cansee special deals For themselves instead oF working with other people. Another way would besocial media, sometimes am scrolling down Instagram and I see a sponsored page showing mea hotel’s room rate. I think this is a great way to market room rates as well because users willbe able to see and be interested in looking into the hotel.
