Hello i would be greatful if someone could look over
Question Hello i would be greatful if someone could look over my paper for spelling, sentence structure and re wording if necessary, grammar and punctuation. Sorry this paper is so long this is one of my term papers for my final and I have footnotes that I will be adding in the final draft Introduction Going into ministry is a big step. The path will not be easy and often it may be very hard. However, God will always be with me every step of the way. This paper will discuss my plan. My plan for my ministry and what I view my principles and values. This will help shape me and allow me to see and understand what my plan will be for my ministry. Passage There are many passages that have guided my ministry. One passage is that of 2 Kings 6:17 the passage says, “And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see. Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” This guides my ministry because this shows the power of prayer. Elisha spoke to the Lord and asked for this man to see. The power of prayer is very important in my life. I was like this young man. I had poor vision. The people around me prayed over me and the Lord healed me so that I could see. Prayer is so powerful in so many ways. God is hear to listen, so that you wont feel alone. Prayer “moves God; prayer changes things. Effective prayer accomplishes much. A praying church will be a victorious, growing, maturing.” This is a powerful passage that I relate to and helped me grow in my ministry with God. Another passage is Matthew 28:19-20 the passage says, ” Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” The reason why I chose this is because it shows the perfect example of what discipleship and be a leader of God is. God calls us to go out into the world and help guide those all around. U always remember reading this in church and throughout my undergrad and realizing that this is what I want to do. I want to help guide people and be the best leader I can. This passage made me realize my calling into ministry. A third passage that helped me grow in my ministry is Acts 1:8 the passage says, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” When I was baptized I chose this passage. When I was baptized I felt whole and ready to take on the world and be Christ-like. God wants the best for us. No matter what we do or where we go he is there with us. The Holy Spirit dwells in all and I wamted the Holy Spirit to guide me into being the best person I can be. My Focus My focus right now is on myself. I always use to help everyone. However, I realized that I need to focus on myself and make sure that I am healthy mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. If I do not have these things int order then I wont be able to do the work of God. Earley and Dempsey say that “In the simplest terms, a healthy church looks like and acts like a healthy body. The apostle Paul makes it clear that the church is to be considered the body of Christ.” I am part of the church. If I want to have a healthy ministry. I need to have a healthy body. That is why I am focusing on myself so I can be the healthiest I can be so my ministry can be strong. Focusing on the spiritual disciplines can help me reach my goals. We always need to practice so that we can learn, grow and stay healthy. The group that I want to focus on the most is young adults. The reason for this is because it can be hard for young adults. They are in a awkward time and have many questions. I want to be that person that they can come to and that I can help. I remember when I was a young adult and I needed help and had so many questions. My small group at church helped me so much. My small group helped shape me into my focus of helping young adults. They are the next generation and helpin as many people as I cancould make a difference. The world needs to left in good hands and building disciples can help with the growth of the world and Gods kingdom. Principles One value that I have is “a disciple of Jesus is a person who is becoming spiritually mature.” In ministry we have to help so many people and we need to make sure that we are mature to help others and also be the best that we can be. In 1 Corinthians 13:11 the passage says, “when I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.” We need to be grown up and grow from our childish ways. God wants us to grow and become faithful strong leaders in his name. I have many principles that go into my ministry one principle is prayer. In 1 John 5:14 the passage says, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us” learning of prayer is very important no matter who you are. Prayer is a time to be with God and for him to hear what is on your heart. Prayer is what brings people together and what makes ministry strong. Church leaders are men of prayer, Bible study, and the inner life of the spirit.” There is power in prayer and prayer I’d key into having a strong ministry and building u strong disciples. Another principle I have is serving. In Galatians 5:13 the passage says, “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh ; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” Serving the Lord is key in building a strong ministry. Serving my neighbors and everyone around the world. Serving is apart of being a disciple and Christ-like. In order to build up a ministry that has a strong foundation we need to be servants to the Lord and God. Serving can come in all shapes and sizes. One way is through fellowship. Fellowship “with God leads straight to obedience and good works. That is the divine order and it can never be reversed.” Once we begin to serve we can grow into strong disciples and help all those around us. These passages and print apply in some long ways. Then I only apply to my ministry, with the applied to my personal life. I want my ministry to be strong in prayer and to be strong in serving. However, I also want my own light to be full of prayer and serving others. I want to teach people that prayer and serving others is important in leadership and growth. In order to grow the kingdom of God we need to build up strong leaders to serve the kingdom of God and my ministry will help build people in leaders. Philosophy There are many perspectives that I have when dealing with ministry. One of those perspectives is that ministry should nurture a life-giving relationship with God. Ministry is all about leading and growing ones love for God. The whole purpose is to know who God is and to build a relationship, so that we can be reborn and enter the kingdom of God. While people see Gods love in there life grow; they will grow spiritually. They will begin to build community’s and begin to practice the disciplines, so that there relationship with God and go even stronger. Taking the time to build a relationship with God is important because it will allow disciples to grow and allow the kingdom of God to grow even stronger. A relationship is like a flower. It takes time and always needs water. That is why having a relationship with God will allow us to grow and be a beautiful flower and practicing this spiritual disciplines is like our water. We need to practice them so that our relationship with God can be stronger than ever. Another perspective that I have is we must have engagement when reading the Bible. This means that we should not just read the Bible and close it up and put it away. We must read the Bible and truly grasp what it is saying. We must meditate after reading the Bible. Meditation “directs the conscious mind during the day and is an excellent way to practice the presence of God.” If we want to grow our relationship with God and be Christ-like then we must truly grasp his message. Meditation can help in so many ways. It allows us to take the time and grasp what the message was saying, so that we can soak it in and it also allows God to be present with us and allow the Holy Spirit to be in us and transforming us. I want to practice more because it will help me with my relationship with God and I always want to keep learning and this will allow me grow in my knowledge and relationship with God. The Bible is so much more then words on a pierce of paper. Once people begin to read they will see how they can apply it to their life to become a disciple of God. Another perspective that I have is learning through the spiritual disciplines. There is so many disciplines that we can learn from. Some of the disciplines are silence and solitude, prayer, fasting and minute Tatian. Many people need these in order to grow closer with God and grow closer with others and build up their ministry. I believe that these are very important in a Christian lifestyle, because in order to grow and be Christ-like we must practice these disciplines. In the Bible Jesus dis all of these. Jesus was our example in how to live. In Matthew 4 it speaks of Jesus fasting forty days and Foyt up nights. Jesus was and still is the example we must live by and the spiritual disciplines are one way to show that we are faithful leaders to God and show that we want to build a relationship and be the best we can be. A church is a home and a place of coming together to worship with one another. In Colossians 3:16 the passage says, “Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.” A church is a place to bring your stress and enter the doors and being community with one another and have that stress be lifted off you and praise and worship. A church is a family. A pastor is the teacher and leader. The pastor is the shepherd who guides the sheep into salvation and into knowing who God truly is. The pastor is not a dictator, but a compassionate leader who is with the people and understands the call they have upon their heart to lead and guide people to salvation. A pastor is welcoming into a church. The pastor builds community’s and families. The pastor teaches of Gods word, so that people may become disciples and leaders themselves. Paul “told the Ephesians that the role of saints was to be equipped for ministry and grow until they all reached a place of maturity.” We can all be saints. As long as we practice the spiritual disciplines and grow into mature Christ-like leaders we will all be saints in the word of God. The Gospel is the word of God. It is not just the Bible. It is all that God speaks upon. It is the songs, the Bible, the Gospel is God. Anything a Christan does is for God. When we become disciples we become part of the gospel and begin to share the gospel with others, so that the gospel and the kingdom of God can grow. Evangelism cannot be defined. It is a large brought a topic. Jesus “expects evangelism of each of His followers. He does not expect all Christians to use the same methods of evangelism, but He does expect all Christians to evangelize.” Each and every person does evangelism differently. No one is the same when it comes to evangelism. The important part is is that we help others into finding who God truly is. God calls us all to do different tasks and we all take those tasks and different wWays. Disciples and leaders are both faithful people of God. They both go out to serve God and to spread the gospel. Leaders are different in one way. Leaders make disciples. Disciples go forward to become leaders so that they can become disciple-making people. Disciples can help guide people and share the word, nut leaders are more equipped To make disciples. They both do the work of God,Practice Discipleship you can never undertake alone. Everyone needs a support system. A support system to lead you and be by your side. Often, people need help, guidance and question answered. Becoming a disciple takes work. You must be taught. I am lucky enough to have a support system through my process. My church and family are my support system. They guide me and help me through anything and everything. They taught me about God and helped me get through college where I learned and grew in my faith. In my ministry I want to make sure people have a support. System. Everyone needs somebody. People can get into darkness and they need help getting out. I want to build disciples and leaders so that they can be a strong support system for each other . I want there to be small groups and other avenues where people can receive support and people can also learn about God and how they can cope with different aspects of life. Having that support system can help build someone’s character. Learning about the spiritual disciplines, about God’s love and about love others can help somebody grow into a beautiful Christ follower. I will reach these goals by the knowledge that I have learned and by my own support system. I have been called down this path and will achieve anything to help people. I have been in some tough things in my life and would not be here without my support system. In Hebrews 10:24-25 the passage says, “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” God wants us to be together in worship and in love with one another. Looking at my ministry goals I would want my ministry to be more organic. The reason for this is because organic ministry is all about transformation and community. In my eyes that is key to ministry. Bringing people together and having their lives be transformed. I want to build a church that people want to come to for the community and so they can be transformed into Christ-like people. I want my ministry to have people come together as one body and rejoice in the Lord. I want my small groups to match my church ministry. I want them to be organic (“is”). The reason why is because these small groups are transforming and they bring people together as one. They talk about there problems. These small groups get to know you and want to see you do the best that you can. These small groups want to see you grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, they will become like family and truly grasp the true meaning of Jesus and what he did in his ministry. In my ministry I am all about events. The reason for this is because we can bring people together and bring the neighborhood together who don’t normally come to church. I would want to have cookouts, back to school events and Christmas events. Bringing the community together who go to church and who don’t go to church is an amazing experience. Also at these events I would have donations and we would give school supplies and food to the less fortunate. These events will center around the community inside the church and outside the church. I want everyone to be reached and everyone to give back to the community. Budget is a big thing when dealing with ministry. First we would need to lay everything out of what events, causes and other things that money would need to be payed for. I want to make sure everyone has equal opportunity. The people of the church will help as well. Volunteers and tithing will help the church grow and expand and help with the budget. When building a budget we must never do it alone. We must gather a small group together and decide what’s most important to the community and go from there. When I begin my ministry I will sit down with my group and decide what is most important to the community and go from there. Curriculum us a big part of a church. There are thousands of websites out there that sell and help you through this process. Through the first few years of my ministry I am use these to help me in the first steps. I can see what I like and what I do not like and move forward. Ministry is all about finding your foot and making sure ya u do not loose sight in the mission and vision of the church. When it comes to church I do not like slogans. Often, I go to church that have these fun cool slogans and that’s all they truly focus on. I don’t want my church to be a slogan. I want my church to be relied on the atmosphere, the message and what is being sent out into the world. A slogan is just words on a board, but the most important thing about my church is the people in it and the message that is being sent out in the world. Slogans do not make a church what it is. It is the people and the work of God. Communication is a big deal when dealing with the church. The church wants to get its name out there so people can come. I would use the people that go to the church and social media. The people that go to the church can talk to their friends and family and tell them of the great experience they had and have them come along with them. Social media will help reach millions of people. I know social media can sometimes be a bad thing, but we use it for good then people can come out and be transformed. Social media is a powerful tool that can reach people who cant b reached. Proof There are so many things that I can do. One thing that I would do is have a accountability partner. This person will help me grow in my ministry. If I ever need advice or anything I would go to them. They can be an outside source. They will have a different view point on how everything is going. They can give me advice of how I can do things better on what I can do to budget better. This person can help my ministry grow in the right direction and something that I may not be able to see. Another thing that I would do is journal. Writing and I’m journaling can help write down all my thoughts and feelings and write down events that occurred. Journaling can help me be with God and be in peace and allow God to speak to me. If something happens or if I have ideas I can write them down and look back and see the proof of what is going on and make changes. I can also write down peoples comments. I want the community to speak to me because that is what the church is all about. Conclusion In closing, my ministry has a long way to grow. However, with the knowledge that I have learned and with the plan that I wrote will guide me down the right path. God will lead me down the right direction. As long as I stay strong and stick with the plan and have a strong support system anything is possible.

Fostering Language Development “Language development is among the most important tasks of the first five years of a child’s life” (Language Development, n.d.). In fact, language acquisition is a key component to learning across each domain of development. As early childhood educators, we are charged with the important task of not only fostering language development, but also of monitoring children’s progress, planning appropriate supports, and making accommodations when necessary. With the complexity of language acquisition and our varied roles within this system, it is imperative that we plan for, and acquire strategies to effectively promote language development in our students. As more and more children are diagnosed each year with speech delays and our population of English Language Learners is growing, we must come to our educational settings ready to confront this important domain of development. For this discussion you will choose a specific age-range (0-2, 3-5, 6-8), as well as which area of language development you would like to research and plan for. Choose from the options below: Children with speech delays English Language Learner (ELL) Initial Post: Once you have decided upon the specific area of language for your focus, you will create a fact sheet to be used within your education setting. To create your fact sheet you will need to do the following: Locate one recent (within five years) scholarly article with research-based strategies for fostering language development in an early childhood classroom. Using both the article and your textbook, you will create a fact sheet that can be used as a guide in a classroom or school. Your fact sheet should be no more than two pages in length and should include the following: The language milestones for the age range you chose (Table 2.1 from your course text). The characteristics of and influences surrounding the area of language you chose (i.e. culture, socio-economic influences, prevalence, etc.). Explain at least four current, research-based strategies that can be used within a classroom setting. You are required to support each of your strategies from your chosen research articles. Explain at least two current, research-based strategies for supporting families with children with these language concerns. You are required to support each of your strategies from your chosen research article and textbook. Enhance the visual appeal of your fact sheet by including a minimum of three related images. As a suggestion, you can also include a page border, creative header, etc. You will create your fact sheet in Word, Publisher or any other acceptable format, and then save it as a PDF for submission. Information as needed: 2.2 Understanding Families Teachers in the United States work with a wide range of families. In order to communicate effectively with families, it is important to have anunderstanding of what family means to the children we serve. Family Diversity Just as each child is unique, so, too, is each family, with its own dynamics, psychology, and ways of being (R. M. Barrera, 2001; Mendoza etal., 2003). Our job is to understand the child’s family culture and to support it as best we can. When we meet with families for the first time,it is important to ask questions as well as offer information. By asking for input, we convey to families that their experiences are valued andan essential part of their child’s education. In this way, teachers and families can work together as a team to provide the best possibleenvironment for the child. Teachers must find out what each child’s family situation is from the start. Gone are the days when the typical family consisted of abreadwinning father who was married to a stay-at-home, child-rearing mother: Only 13% of all families in the United States fit that model, and three out of five preschoolers have their mother in the labor force (Cohany

Overview and Rationale You are an economic consultant working for a pressure group. You have been employed to write a report in Microsoft Word containing a statistical analysis conducted in Microsoft Excel. Your employer will give you question they want you to answer. Your employer will also tell you the conclusion that they wish you reach. The report must look professional and be written in a formal tone. It should not read like a polemic, and you should not do anything explicitly dishonest in your analysis. You must arrive at your conclusions by making defensible decisions about data and sample selection, data cleaning, and analysis. The goal of the exercise is to test your I.T., analysis and communication skills. The context was chosen because writing a report is the most common activity expected of economists, and this exercise will also serve as a preparation for the BSc Project. As a bonus, the exercise will illustrate the importance of trusting the incentives of people writing the reports that you cite. The structure of a report Your report will be not be longer than 2500 words, all inclusive. It should contain: A brief abstract of less than 100 words, outlining your question and conclusions. An introduction outlining the question that you have been asked, the steps you will take to answer it, and a preview of what you find. A literature review containing a scholarly description three academic papers you have found, properly referenced in a bibliography. As your goal is to convince, you should choose the most reputable, published articles you can find, that happen to support your intended conclusions. A description of the data including at least a table of summary statistics, which should include the number of observations, mean, max, and minimum values for the variables you will use. A graphical and statistical analysis. You will use graphs and statistics to convince your reader. You should appear to be honest about sampling problems – you need at minimum a discussion of confidence intervals. A very brief conclusion. Just report your question, your answer, and what the consequences might be. A description (not part of the report) of how you skewed the analysis: You might include what data you chose, how you dealt with it, or linguistic/graphical tricks you used. Submitting You must submit two things: The report in MS Word format. Do not convert to pdf because we need to check that you used the features of MS Word properly when formatting, creating the bibliography, etc. An excel file containing the honest and skewed analysis The file should contain a sheet with metadata, then sheets with the raw data and honest analysis, and then sheets with the skewed analysis that you include in your report.Your Employer: The not-for-profit organisation “Make Britain Great” (MBG). Secretly funded from unknown sources, the primary purpose of this institute is to increase support for a “no-deal” Brexit. Your Task:Increase public confidence in the future strength of the UK. Demonstrate using data from Eurostat on GDP (in Euros) that the UK has done comparatively well in Europe since the Brexit vote.Use the “Eurostat Cleaned” Data (in levels, not in growth.) A suggestion: estimate the increase in UK GDP over time since 2009 (the peak of the crisis) until 2017 inclusive. Compare this to carefully selected countries. Marks will be awarded for three equally important components: The overall quality of the report; the use of IT Skills; and the quality of your written English

Is a resolution important? What aspects of it are important to address? Prompt: For the final writing assignment in this course, you will write a researched argumentative essay. As a first step, you will identify some possible topics of interest for research. Begin by reflecting on issues that are important to you and on which reasonable people might disagree. Also, consider areas in which a change could make improvements in a currently difficult situation. Once you have found two possible topics, draft two paragraphs in which you explain your interest in the topics and any challenges you expect to encounter. To help you to generate ideas, you can use the South University Online Library to locate articles that present arguments about controversial issues that interest you. You may reach out to the Reference Librarian by phone, email, or the library chat feature for help in locating articles. This YouTube Video will help you to find information on debatable topics, as mentioned in the lectures this week: Ideas: The following are some ideas to get you started thinking about possibilities: As a parent, you might promote children’s health by advocating for healthy school lunch, mandatory recess activity, or physical education classes. As a military person or veteran, you might argue for services to eradicate veteran homelessness, drug abuse or suicide, or you could advocate for the draft to ensure that military service is expected of all sectors of society. As a student, you might choose to talk about how to revise Federal Student Aid programs to best support students. You could advocate for interest-free student loans and flexible repayment plans. You could make a case for strengthening of environmental protection, for unions in the workplace, for mandatory transition to renewable energy, for developing a mass transit to reduce the numbers of semis on our highways. You could argue to increase taxes to address the poor quality of roads, or to support teen centers, parks, or libraries.
