Global Leadership Skills
While not every leader desires to serve in a variety of countries the skills required to do so can greatly increase leadership effectiveness on a more local level as well as helping to increase cultural diversity in a current organization. Discuss at least three skills required for global leaders. Identify which of those skills you believe to be your greatest strength and one that is a leadership development opportunity for you. What might you do in the next six weeks to propel you further into becoming someone who could easily be identified as a potential global leader?
Corporate Social Responsibility
The concept of corporate social responsibility entails a wide definition regarding an organizations relationship with its external environment. Figure 6-1 in the text shows numerous initiatives that may assist an organization in becoming socially responsible. Locate a current events or magazine article from the past year related to a business organization that has successfully implemented something directed at becoming more socially responsible. For example – building a sustainable environment philanthropy and social entrepreneurship.
Write two well-written paragraphs (about 250 words total) regarding the article you select. The first paragraph will summarize the important points of the article in a way that brings clarity and learning to all who read it. The second paragraph will include your analysis of the relevancy and accuracy of the article as well as how you may apply what you learned to your own leadership journey.

Write a three to five (3 5) page paper (1000 1200 words) not including the title and reference pages describing the skills and behaviors necessary to practice global interconnectedness in your field of study that includes the following:
