environment, how much privacy am I entitled to? This is a very serious issue for us here in the United States, especially those of us who believe in the U.S. Constitution. Here is an example of why this is such a serious issue:

Say, for example, I am a marketer, or researcher, and I feel that I have the right to someone’s personal information. Do I have the right, as a hard-working American, to have access to someone’s personal information in an effort to do the job I’m supposed to do?

In other words, when can the privacy rights of people be breached in our society?
