Produce Distributor Contract Law Remedies
A New York City produce distributor has a contract with a company in Chile for a variety of fruits and vegetables, including grapes and bananas. Contract specifications say the fruit shall be of the finest quality, freshly picked, and packed and shipped for distribution to New York City’s produce markets.
