Assessment Details:
The group is required to select a real-life project or a project decided by the group and develop
alternatives for the decision-making situation and estimate cash-flow items both inflows and outflow for
each alternative. The bases of estimations for estimates should be given. The team needs to decide about
interest rate, project life, and other parameters that can affect economic analysis in this activity. The
team should apply one of the techniques to evaluate each alternative and select the best one.
