The Roller Derby trade association where you work is launching a new training certification program, Roller Derby Team Management.
Your Goal:
Grow the Roller Derby Team Management Certification into the number one qualification needed by any team manager for a successful career.
Objectives:
a.) Grow awareness of the program to 30% of all 2000 Roller Derby Association members within the first 3 months (March 31).
b.) Achieve registrations from 60 members (or 3% of membership) to take the first certification test (September 15).
