Researching Political and Legal Differences
Any business working across borders must be familiar with and take into account the risks present when working in different political and legal contexts.
Checklist:
• Using at least two of the resources noted below, select a country other than the U.S. and perform some research about the political and legal differences between your chosen country’s systems and that of the U.S.
• In your original Journal entry, share your research, noting at least two political and two legal differences. Describe the difference you think poses the greatest challenge in a business context. Explain why.
