Dear Sir/Madam,
There was an IT company that ensures that software changes are properly managed, controlled and tracked so as to decrease the number of reported bugs by the customer and increase the software quality. Unfortunately, the customer always reports the same bug which was “deemed” to be solved by the IT company.
Even though the IT company has a comprehensive software configuration management (SCM) put in place, I want to know the reasons as to why the bug was not resolved in the first instance and the implication of “resolving” the same bug again.
