The purpose of this lab is to give you a chance to use some of the data stream tools we have been discussing in a

simple application. The assignment is to write an application which allows the user to select a course, and either retrieve a previously stored comments, or save a comments in the file. 

Comboobox should contain several courses: COMP 274, CIS170B, and CIS 115.

User should be able to add comments to the text box and save those comments in the file by clicking “Save Entry” button.
