2) Please try to find one example of a successful SCM system implementation, and share it here.  Please summarize the business problem, industry they are in, what they did, the benefits, etc.

Review the laws discussed in the text and whether the Family Medical Leave Act, or FMLA is comparable in coverage.

3) Discuss the policies behind giving the medical leave – what is the nation trying to accomplish, and is the FMLA written appropriately to meet those goals?  If not, what changes are needed?

4) Discuss what striking union members are and are not allowed to do in order to strengthen their bargaining position. What is the role of the NLRA with respect to the laws relating to Labor/Management relations.
