A leader that comes up to my attention is Larry Ellison. He is a founder and CEO of Oracle.

The most important trait in my opinion is to be competitive. Running a business can be compared to a competition. Your goal is to survive and out compete your competitors. It is survival of the fittest. Larry Ellison wants his employees to be winners. Winning a race requires team effort to pull it through.
