60=2L+2W

A=L*W
A=(30-W)-W²

30=L+W
30-W=L
L=30-15
L=15

A=-W²+30W
WIDTH=-30/2(-1)=15 YARDS

A=-(15)²+30(15)
A=-1*225+30(15)
A=-225+450
A= 225 >>>>Maximum Area

There for all sides = 15 which would = 60

The answer would be 15ft by 30ft
