Campus Recreation Service’s “Adventure Pursuits,” is a child organization of Campus Recreation Services that focuses on the growth and development of college students in an interactive and fun manner. Adventure Pursuits offers an wonderful variety of sporting services (indoor and outdoor) to enhance leadership skills, problem solving and team building skills amongst college students of Towson University.
Adventure Pursuits offers many services to include biking, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing and equipment rentals at a nominal fee to insure that activity integrity. According to exclusive sources, this organization has been self sustainable for quite some time by utilizing senior file administration routines. An obvious solution to increase administration processes is to simply migrate all hard data into soft data.
Adventure Pursuits could be considered an Non-profit Organization via the lack of interest to maintain revenues after the fiscal year. Instead, the unused funding gets recycled into the other programs for the Campus Recreation Service. Adventure Pursuits can be classified as a small-medium organization based on the number of employees and the undetermined variable of “how many participants” are present.
