Working with your group you will analyse an organisation according to the phase model and develop
recommendations that will enable that organisation to become more circular.
In developing your recommendations your group must:
Include how you would evaluate and measure the circular value creation.
The deliverable is for your team to develop an annotated PowerPoint presentation deck. This deck should

be constructed as a pitch directed toward the company senior managers and board to convince them to

adopt your proposed circular business model. The deck must contain extensive notes in the notes pages to support the key points in the slides.
First two parts of the presentation are attached. Please refer to them and relate to the topic.
