the commander in all matters related to Soldiers in the organization, as well as mission related
input and concerns. Knowing the organization needs, strengths and weeknesses is critical
when it comes to equipping the the organization with the sorces for sustainment and success.
The purpose of this essay is to submit why a SGM/CSM understaning of the organization is
important when it comes to ensuring it has what it needs to be mission ready.
