Application : Your Data Interpretation Practicum

Application : Your Data Interpretation Practicum

This week, you will run either t tests

or ANOVA on your chosen data. This Application requires you to engage in data interpretation and to select the appropriate analyses for your hypotheses and for the data that you have at your disposal. Toward that end, you should consider which analyses will inform the reader and allow you to pursue your questions.

Your submission to your Instructor should include your SPSS output file of your selected statistical analyses in a Word document, along with each of the following elements: your SPSS output, including graphical representations; your narrative interpretation; the governing assumptions of the analyses you ran; the viable and nonviable hypotheses (null and alternative); and the relevant values (such as a P value indicating statistical significance or a lack thereof). Be sure to indicate to your Instructor why you selected the analyses that you did. In other words, why did you select t test over ANOVA or vice versa? Why one-way or two-way? How is this analysis related to the hypothesis?

The chosen data I selected for this analysis will be on the topic “Lack of communication in the workplace between managers and employees” . Therefore, the write up should be in reference to this topic. You may use variables or any other revenant variables that will be best for this analysis. It also says that SPSS must be used, but must also be put on a Word document before submitting. Must include graphics and either the t-test or NVOVA.

*******Please read the instructions in full before completing to make sure you understand what is expected.***********

A shipbuilder had contracted to build a tanker for North Ocean Tankers.

A shipbuilder had contracted to build a tanker for North Ocean Tankers. The contract was in US dollars and

didn’t contain any provisions for currency fluctuations. Approximately halfway through construction of the ship, the United States devalued its currency by 10 per cent. As the shipbuilder stood to make a loss on the contract, it demanded that an extra US$3 million be paid or it would stop work. The buyer reluctantly agreed under protest to pay, as he already had a charter for the tanker and it was essential that it be delivered on time. The buyer didn’t commence action to recover the excess payment until some nine months after delivery. Will the buyer succeed in recovering the excess?

plz can anyone help me with this question?

i know it is case of doctrine of frustration. i just want to know most relevant australian case study to prove this also what I think answer is buyer will succeed in recovering because there was nothing mentioned in the contract related to Chang of currency I want confirmation.

also is clam possible after nine month?

The origins of organizational change management are not easy to trace,

The origins of organizational change management are not easy to trace, primarily because the effects of change are

often widespread and can impact countless areas and functions within an organization. In addition, change often occurs very frequently within organizations. Regardless of the factors leading up to the change, the rationale for the change, and/or the details of the change itself, leaders must have the appropriate skills to manage change.

As a global change agent responsible for managing change, you may question, “How do I initiate change, and what steps do I need to take to manage change so that it will satisfy the immediate and long-term needs of the organization?” There are CEOs who are successful in implementing and managing change and, like you, they have probably pondered the same question. Having the foundational works of theorists may help you find the answer to this question, because within these theories are constructs or tenets that, when applied, can shape your own view of and strategic approach to change management.

This week, you will have an opportunity to become familiar with some change management theorists and their theories.

To prepare for this Assignment, review this week’s Learning Resources on change management theory and organizational development, as well as any additional sources of your choosing. Research the theorists who developed change management theory and compile key information as part of your review.

Submit an evaluation of at least three foundational change management theories in the form of a properly formatted, APA-compliant taxonomy table. For each of the theories you select, you should include the following:

  • The name of the theory
  • The date the theory was introduced
  • The theorist/author
  • Key components of the theory

For each theory presented, be sure to include a minimum of two references to peer-reviewed, scholarly journals, as well as appropriate in-text citations.
