 Why are you adopting those models? Critically analysis.
 Evaluate the frameworks you used by bringing in literature references.

I am using this framework because according to Armstrong (2012) it enables HR professionals

it and why).

the latest literature is telling us.
4. Analysing Development (maximum 500 words)
Subsection 3 considers the analysis of employee and management development within your
chosen organization. You will need to consider what you have been taught on the unit and then
analyse both employee and management development practices within the organization.
5. Evaluating Development (maximum 500 words)
Subsection 4 follows on from section 3, but here you need to evaluate whether the employee
and management development methods are appropriate and also whether they could be
improved upon. Also consider best practice from similar type organisations and what the latest
literature is telling us.
6. Conclusion (maximum 50 words)
Provide suggestions/recommendations on why and how the organisation you investigate
could improve the areas you analysed (i.e. Subsections 2, 3, 4, 5) by following the best
