at 2KHz, a stop band edge at 3Khz, and 20dB stop band attenuation. Find the impulse response and the difference equation for the filter.

I used matlab and got coefficients are: {0.0194,-0.1195,-0.0074,0.3130,0.5066,0.3130,-0.0074,-0.1195,0.0194} My question is how to find the Coefficients with out matlab???? Thanks
