Please separate Assessment 1 & 2.Please refere to the two files for direction.Please the Community of (long Island) Roosevelt, NYPopulation size (minimum of 10,000) 16,258Briefly discuss plan to interview key informants (as per project guidelines; i.e., who you plan to interview, why you chose to interview them and how you will set up the interview etc) We plan to interview the staff at NuHealth Family Health Center. This center was purposely placed in the city due to it being considered medically underserving. It appears to be the only clinic located within this community. Its purpose is to provide preventative and primary care to even those who may need lo or free of charge insurance coverage. We want to support their efforts to promote wellness and education. We will set up an interview by contacting the clinic director and letting them know that we are RN’s who want to partner with them to help pomote wellness. We would let them know that we would like to interview the staff so that we could assess the communities needs. By taking this apporach we will know what promotion would be the most useful for this community.
