Frederick Douglass and Olaudah Equiano
Frederick Douglass’s slave narrative, of course, shares some characteristics with Olaudah Equiano’s slave narrative (e.g. a slave’s lack of knowledge about her/his past, abuse of enslaved women, religious hypocrisy of slave owners, etc.). Write a paper that focuses on some differences between Douglass’s and Equiano’s narratives and explores why these differences are significant.
