| Task: Choosing one option from those below, your task is to write a 2000 word essay. The learning outcomes covering this assignment are LO3, 4 and 5. Options: 1) The importance of the concept of Learning and Development and its contribution to the organisational success. (e.g. how does HRD impact upon the overall success of the organisation)? Discuss the importance of learning and development within an organisation and the impact it can have on the business? 2) How can HR Professionals adopt ethical practices in its management of people? Discuss why and what impact it may or may not have on the business. 3) In what way can leadership in HRM contribute to the overall leadership in an organisation? (e.g. what leadership responsibilities do HRM have and how does this feed into other leadership responsibilities within an organisation). |
