This is looking great Carolina — great job with keeping it focused on scholarly points, while still incorporating your personal examples and “to do’s”  Great start with references and touching on each of the three focus areas.  Flesh things out a bit, specifically identify how each of your points fits into one or more of the 3 topic areas, add a few more personal examples/changes, work a bit on the conversational tone and basic revisions and you’re good to go!
