I have been creating this project management plan. Attached is the
project charter. Now I need to created a Project scope, risk register and Project Schedule. I am not sure where to start. i am have trouble with the WBS and WBS dictionary and Schedule. any visual help or pointer would be helpful

In order to document projects objectives and stakeholdersrequires the project manager needs to start with educating the organization’s stakeholders of theneed for a project charter. The project charter is “a document that formally authorizes theexistence of the project and provides the project manager with the authority to applyorganizational resources to project activities” (PMBOK, 2013). In addition to that the charter willdocument the initial requirements that the stakeholder wants that will meet their needs andexpectations. This is done with collaboration from the stakeholders and other departmentresources. The project charter will aid in establishing approaches, processes, and tools associatedwith initiating projects to achieve business goals.The project charter will provide a high overview of the business problem, the resolutionof the problem expected by undertaking this project, assigning the project manager, and givingthe project manager the authorization to use company resources, as well as budget commitment.
