2. Identify three challenges that you anticipate facing in your efforts to create an effective workplace and positive social relations among your colleagues. Describe each challenge in sufficient detail to demonstrate thatyou have read the readings. You also need to provide in-text citations from your readings referencing how you are integrating the material you are learning in understanding the types of challenges you will face in this scenario.
3. Then offer a plan to your supervisor (i.e. classmates on the discussion board) that will convince him or her that you have effective strategies and solutions.
When you are done respond to TWO of your peers plans (i.e. posts) as if you were their supervisor in charge of approving their plan.
