In netw204 course project task 3, the loopback 3 line shows a network address of 10.50.266.0/25 this isnt possible

as there are only 255 bits in an octet should it read 10.150.251.0/25? also in that same line, my course project asks for a range of IP addresses, with the california branch needing 25 IP’s would my range for Loopback 3 be 10.150.251.0 thru 10.150.255.21? because I have to borrow the last 21 from the 4th octet
