Literature Review on Employee Engagement

Write a brief literature review on employee engagement and develop a research question or hypothesis that you could apply to that topic if you were conducting a study. Be sure to cite at least three peer reviewed journal articles in this paper.

Provide your response in a 2-3 page paper (not including cover page and references list). The literature review should feature the results of other studies in employee engagement. It should show their scientific study results in a way that contributes to your potential research question or hypothesis.
