Research the background and history of your agency to develop a full description of its distinctive role in the CJ system. What are you agency’s goals? Who is the client it serves, and what are the agency’s primary responsibilities towards that client? What is their mission statement, and what does it mean? Be thorough…what would you need to know about how the agency works if you were being interviewed for a job?
