Not a good example: The program will increase HIV screening of pregnant women.
Explain how you will measure outcomes of your actions.
Example of how you will measure above goal:
Electronic health records will be used to evaluate percentage of pregnant women screened for HIV 1 year before initiating the program and 1 year post initiation of the program.
