Marketing plan project
Marketing plan project
Order Description
The Marketing Plan Project is a significant portion of the course and will require a great deal of effort and analysis.
Each student will create/select a fictional or existing product/service that he/she would like to bring to market for a publically-traded company. The student will then become the expert on the product, the publically-traded company, and the industry in which the company operates. Students should utilize articles about the company?s industry using sources such as: Business Week, Forbes, Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, Marketing Communications, Media-Scope, and/or Advertising Age. Students should also use the Kotler and Keller text as a guide for the project. The Marketing Plan Project will be graded based upon the rubric provided in Blackboard
Your marketing plan is to be submitted in Microsoft Word format, including all exhibits and spreadsheet reports, single-spaced, using 1-inch margins on all sides of the paper, and 12 point Times New Roman Font. This written report is worth 100 points. Listed below are some suggested guidelines and paper length. The Marketing Plan will be graded on content, not length, but in any case should be no more than 11 pages (excluding the Appendix). The listing below reflects the suggested number of pages for each topic. If you can communicate all of this information in fewer pages, then you are free to do so.
