Mass Media Research project and Presentation =25%
Students are required to conduct research by identifying an issue or problem affecting a particular medium that interests you. 

Students must choose a communication theory as a theoretical framework as a foundation for the paper and connect it to the related topic. The research paper will include at least three peer-reviewed articles from communication journals or books. The research project will be at least 5 pages.

On 8/15/19 students will submit their research paper as a printed copy in class and uploaded in Assignments in Canvas and present their research with a 3 minute presentation with Power Point and/or Prezzi. 1-2 slides minimum required for the presentation.
