Many factors affect health care services delivery. These factors make it difficult to access health care that is essential in maintaining people’s wellbeing. These factors hinder all people from having access to health services on time, which then results in a global issue. The access to quality health care services helps in maintaining and promoting diseases and unnecessary deaths or disability.
Issues Contributing to the Situation
One of the main problems that affect health care services delivery is a residential location. Some neighborhoods make it difficult to access health care services delivery. There were demonstrations in the streets at these neighborhoods, which led to a delay to access the health care services. The other issue was the unwillingness of people in the area to access the services. They were reluctant to be involved because they felt that the services did not cater to the needs of the whole society.
Solution
I would recommend educating residents about the need for the health café services delivery. This would give them knowledge required about the importance of receiving health services. This would take some time to make sure every resident understood the need for the services. This way every person would be more inclined to receiving health services. Educating the residents would also help in the future trough helping the residents pass the information to the next generation.
Workforce required to achieve the Solutions
One of the things that would help accomplish the solution would be through recruiting volunteers to assist in educating the residents. This would be useful in reaching as many people as possible within the shortest period. The other people who would be crucial in achieving these solutions are having the top management more involved. This helps in creating a trustworthy relationship with the residents helping them become more willing to access health care services.
