Review the materials on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals presented in Module 1 of
the course.
Use the Prompt Generator in Blackboard to be assigned one of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Design
Goals at random. You must write about the SDG you were assigned by the generator.
Write a three paragraph, one page, single-spaced paper with double spacing between paragraphs, on
the United Nations’ Sustainability Development Goal you were assigned. Use short headers for three
distinct portions of this paper:
• Background of the United Nations’ SDG initiatives
• A detailed explanation of the specific SDG you are assigned
• An example of an organization that is currently accomplishing this goal.
