APA 6th Think about an organizational improvement initiative that you would like to make in an organization of your choice. Organization – Growing Minds Academy – Private school and daycare The change will be to implement an employee incentive plan for teachers and staff at a private school. Want to tie incentives to goals that will improve student success and improve quality of day to day business processes. Currently, staff has been done a poor job at maintaining progress reports students and properly documenting incident reports. There has also been low participation in staff educational courses. Wanting to create EIP to improve outcomes in above areas. Think about an organizational improvement initiative that you would like to make in an organization of your choice. This could be your current or previous work organization, religious institution, community organization or an organization that serves you as a customer.
