Our material and reading talks about misdirect planning. This is when

a manager or managers plans to serve their individual interest rather than the organizations. I have seen this first hand and most will not admit they are doing it. If you have a struggling business and new and improved planning needs to occur how would you accomplish? If you have a manager who is convinced his/her way will work but you know it is not in the best interest of the business. Thoughts?
