Sharing can be one of the biggest challenges to knowledge management. Knowledge management often fails to live up to its ideal goals of knowledge sharing due to a lack of incentives. Outline an incentive strategy and describe how you would evaluate its success. In answering this question, one thing to think about is whether you prefer the carrot or the stick approach. Do you prefer to punish individuals for not acting or reward them when then they do? Perhaps, you could do both.
