It should now be apparent from your studies of the world religions that there is much diversity in every

religion. For example, there are Protestant forms of Christianity and Catholic forms of Christianity.  

1) Why do religions in general split into different forms? 

2) What is an example (other than from Christianity) of religious change? 

3) Specifically, what are a couple of the main differences between Luther’s Protestant form of Christianity and the Roman Catholic Church? (In answering this part of the question limit response to the Protestant views of Martin Luther and Roman Catholic Christianity).
